Glen Boultwood was the Fund Manager of Eureka Core Property Fund 3 from April 2008 until 30 June 2013. Hartmut Fink was the Asset Manager for the 3 hotels within the fund. The Fund comprised circa 50% office assets, 40% hotels and 10% retail.
